About Indech Law Chambers

The founder of Indech Law Chambers, Gary Indech, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1997 following a remarkable academic career.

Before graduating with a Bachelor of Laws, from the University of Windsor and a Juris Doctoris, from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 1994, Gary earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Toronto (1987) and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia (1990).

Gary launched Indech Law Chambers to focus on two distinct areas of the law in which he specializes and brings unique qualifications, even beyond his extensive educational background.

Residential Real Estate – Entrusted to manage the day-to-day operations of a thriving real estate law practice, Gary gained hands-on experience in the intricacies of real estate law. Today, after thousands of real estate transactions and over 15 years of experience, Gary offers specialized advice and legal services relating to Residential Real Estate Law and Mortgage Financing.

Wills, Estate Administration/Planning & Elder Law – Gary’s appreciation for the issues faced by the elderly grew from a six-month study into the challenges faced by seniors, which he conducted as a graduate student in Anthropology. His experience in real estate law fortuitously lead to work in wills and estate planning. More recently, Gary earned two certifications from the Osgoode Professional Development Centre, in Elder Law and Wills and Estate Planning. His certifications complement his many years experience in offering compassionate legal services to seniors and their families in the areas of Wills & Estates, Estate Administration and Elder Law.
